Collection of Information and its Usage

SW Law collects information using forms on the website, which website users fill out to request specific information, about practice areas, services and for announcements. Filling out the form, will include personal information, such as name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is kept strictly confidential by SW Law and only used as a way to answer the requested information from the form. There will never be a time that a third party is able to obtain personal information, willingly or knowingly by SW Law. Third parties will not have access to your personal information that is kept internally by SW Law and is only used to reply to your specific requested information asked on the form.

SW Law uses cookies on the websites and the visitor is assigned a “User ID” in order to automatically identify the user’s computer. The only possible way for SW Law to ever have any visitors personal information, is if a form is filled out to contact us about a specific issue on the website.
